These checks are made to ensure we can make an accurate decision regarding the validity of your account and to protect against fraud and money laundering. We may decide to decline your application this may be for the following reasons (this list is not exhaustive): poor credit ratings, poor payment history, previous outstanding debt, frequency of director changes, conflict of interest, and non-UK registered business.
